The Story Behind It

We got sick of car horns. Every vehicle on the road makes the same flat, forgettable beep. It doesn't tell anyone anything interesting. It has no personality. And if you've ever tried to find an aftermarket horn that actually sounds like you, you know how limited the options are — a Dixie tune, a train blast, maybe a goat. Locked in forever.

So we built a better one. The Sonic Horn is a fully wireless, programmable custom car horn that runs alongside your factory setup. You upload your own sounds via USB, fire them from a 4-button wireless remote, and your car finally has a voice worth hearing — at a very hard-to-ignore 130 decibels.

What Is The Sonic Horn?

The Sonic Horn is a wireless customisable car horn designed to mount in your engine bay and connect directly to your 12V battery. It operates completely independently of your factory horn — nothing gets removed, nothing gets rewired. You get your standard horn plus four custom sounds on tap from the remote.

It's a true programmable MP3 car horn. Plug it into your computer and it appears as a USB drive. Drag on up to four MP3 or WAV files — one per button on the remote — eject it, reconnect to your car, and you're done. No software. No app. No subscription. Change your sounds any time you want.

At 130dB through a 30W class-D amplifier, it's significantly louder than the 110dB horn your car came with. The difference is very noticeable in the real world. People will hear you.

Compatible with any 12-volt power source — cars, utes, trucks, SUVs, Jeeps, boats, RVs, ATVs, golf carts, motorbikes, EVs, and Teslas. If it has a 12V battery, The Sonic Horn works on it.
